"The staff are absolutely lovely, so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Especially the brunette woman on the reception (sorry didn’t catch her name!) She provided with us extra towels when needed, gave us plates and cutler for our room because we decided to get a takeaway as their was a members party on on the night we stayed and we just wanted a quiet night! She had a great sense of humour and made us feel really welcome. The room was massive and modern with a brilliant power shower and the bed was really comfortable. The spa was brilliant with a huge jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. We went twice over the weekend and both times was quiet enough to relax! We noticed they actually offer a crèche as well for children so you could play sports and go the spa for an hour even if you take your children which we thought was brilliant and we definitely be bringing our children next time. 10/10! "Excellent ! I'm sure the door self-closers could be made to close softly. Some inconsiderate idiots were in the rooms next to us and couldn't be bothered to hold them until they closed. In the early hours when they were pissed up they were constantly opening and slamming doors and shouting. I barely slept after 2 in the morning."
