"Overall another good stay. Restaurant good. Check in staff excellent. Gentleman on main lobby bar could have been happier 🤔 not very welcoming but all other staff excellent. Only moan was once in the shower realised the shower gel dispenser was empty .. had to use shampoo instead. Not a big deal but should have been checked before guest check-in. Young lady on desk very apologetic and sent fresh supply quickly but too late for us. Overall would not hesitate to stay again. Perfect location for terminal building"

"The hotel itself was great, really clean, comfortable bed, couldn’t have been more convenient for the airport. My only slight gripe is about the food offer - the restaurant shuts at 9pm, pizza is available at the bar until it closes - otherwise there’s nothing. Given the nature of an airport hotel with folks coming in from all sorts of time zones and catching flights at odd hours it would be good to just have some chilled food- like sandwiches or whatever available outside restaurant hours, I ended up walking to a vending machine in the terminal to get something and it was barely 9pm."

"I been using this hotel for a couple of years I paid the price all amenities were included now apparently when you book a room the spa is no longer included they wanted £40 more on top of the £152 I had already paid for the room that used to include the spa with the room booking price . It’s now a big rip off . Also black pubic hair over the bathroom floor NOT MINE . Breakfast quality very poor left most of cooked breakfast . It’s no longer a good choice to stay at this hotel"
