"We travelled from Canada for 2 nights, As you can imagine with jet lag. unfortunately for our group of 4 there was a rave concert on near town and we had many guests on our 4th floor, right next door and opposite rooms. Noise, music, foul and abusive language went on until early hours 5.00am. When we checked out manager knew nothing, morning staff who had to leave my room to report noise, did not inform manager., who was quite surprised and shocked."

"Clean room, lovely spa area, warm swimming pool great for lengths and only 1.2m throughout. Bar food was nice wouldn't say excellent price was decent considering its a hotel. Good selection for breakfast in the morning."

"My check in was extremely smooth, Front desk Merina made it very easy, and I felt very welcome. Also check out was easy, receptionist made it smooth. This is the 2nd time to stay at this hotel, will go back again. Breakfast was good. "

"Small, basic rooms but in a great location. If you want to leave luggage on the departure day you need to pay £2 per bag, first time I've ever had to pay to do this in a hotel"

"Easy check in and out, large twin comfortable beds; great free shuttle airport transfer, great location particularly Terminal 3 - walking distance (we used shuttle to Terminal 2). Did not use bar grill restaurant for food, only for drinks, pricey but no different to other airport hotels. Shampoo and shower gel attached to wall in large dispensers, no complimentary tooth paste. Would use again but shop around for best price."

"Handy to the airport, train station and shuttle to car hire village. Good first night for people coming off long haul flights before collection of hire cars. Rooms clean and beds good"

"Multiple faults located in my room which photographic evidence has been obtained cleaning should have been much better than what I found the room in I had to be moved into another room on another level there was constant knocking and banging from fellow neighbours totally disgusting and disgraceful I will not be booking with you again "

"I had a twin room which was spacious and clean with a large sized TV. Minor downsides were not all the USB sockets worked, the air-conditioning was on the noisy side but didn't stop me sleeping and some stains on the carpet and a chair make it look dirty but it was in fact very clean."

"No hot water in the bathroom taps during my stay. Managed to have shower 2nd morning, but completely cold water last morning. Had to do a strip wash in cold water. Very poor experience I reported it, and was offered a shower elsewhere, but i needed to get to work."
