"Great location walking distance to all the attractions and metro is close by too. Staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast on 9th floor was so beautiful. The only issue was our room door, every time wouldn’t open with the card until after several attempts."

"Best breakfast of my life… a beautiful platter of over 25 items. Room was normal. Good value. Staff was wonderful: very helpful and spoke English well. Only problem was i saw an insect in the bathroom, on my last day here."

"We took a chance, having a 8 hours layover at Istanbul Airport, and ventured out for a refresh between flights. This hotel was perfect, a $18 15 minute cab ride from the airport, the receptionist and staff was welcoming. From the tea your gifted upon entrance to the luggage service, the staff was warm and welcoming. We were escorted to our room that was clean, spacious, and beat expectations. The room included a separate jacuzzi that we enjoyed and was relaxing. The restaurant had good choices...

"Superbement situé. Wifi ne fonctionne pas très bien. Petit-déjeuner correct."

"Hotel room was clean and tidy. However, the AC did not work, it blew hot air. When I asked the staff, they mentioned they cannot switch it to blow cold air (something about making it go from heat to cold once a day). We had to resort to opening the window, but that meant mosquitoes coming inside and biting us the entire night. The next day they got us a fan which really helped. Breakfast is average, nothing extraordinary but good enough. Location is good but it is on the lower lever so a walk to...

"Great location, hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. It was easy to get to the attractions from the hotel and the area had a lot of shops and restaurants. Nice and quiet at night. We arrived very late and the gentleman at the front desk was so kind. He called a restaurant to see if they were still open and could accommodate us. Provided us with umbrellas because it was raining. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Istanbul."

"The location of this hotel is superb, central to all main attractions, shops and tram. The hotel itself is pristine, rooms cleaned every day to a very high standard. The biggest asset is the staff who are all friendly, professional and extremely helpful and attentive. A special mention to Ozan, the concierge, who went above and beyond to make our staff a memorable and enjoyable experience."
