There was some issues with the room, but the manager went out of her way to make sure everything was rectified. She personally checked on me every day to make sure that I was satisfied. It was a great experience.

This location is right next to everything! We booked the city view room for our stay in Istanbul, and loved the views, location and hotel! The convenience of walking out the hotel, and being right next to all the sites was a win for us! Also the hotel is clean, friendly and has one the the best rooftop restaurants with amazing views of the city for breakfast and at night! Highly recommend and would stay again!

Gorgeous rooms and view, very clean, comfortable. Spa and pool area was amazing, worth spending a little extra to stay here if you are coming to this neighborhood. We also loved the rooftop bar, such great staff and service there! Incredible hotel, if I need to come to the same neighborhood of Istanbul I will stay here again.

Hi I stay 3 days in Deluxe room with my 2 friends Room was and bed was comfortable to sleep . Then next 5 days I stay in junior suit Room was super big and have Sofa as well. I notice only thing they can improve is more hot shower otherwise everything was Perfect.Breakfast was great and everything is closed by 6 mins walk to blue mosque and H.Sofia and Grand bazar ..Staff was super Great Sweet Helen always smile on her face . First of all, the staff is beyond great! We were on the first floor but the lobby is small and not loud. The breakfast on the roof is beautiful and a great traditional meal. It's a small hotel that's close to everything, especially the Blue Mosque. It is also very close to the taxi place, so very quick pickup for a ride back to the airport. Definitely take advantage of the free ride from the airport, it's a nice shuttle that would normally cost you double a taxi fare.

No one forgets a golden piece in any hotel and expects to find it there.it happened to me when I forgot my gold ring there and checked out. Next day I called reception and received a confirmation that the ring is found and I can come back or send someone to collect it. For me this is unbelievable story but it happened to me in Titanic hotel, bakirkoy port.
