"This was an excellent hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for us, within walking distance of many of the attractions we wanted to visit during our time in Inverness. We had a wonderful room with a fantastic view, which really added to the overall experience. A special mention must go to the young lady working on reception. She was extremely helpful, friendly and genuinely funny, making us feel very welcome. She even offered to help me with our cases, which I thought was incredibly sweet and thoughtful of her. Customer service like that should certainly be recognised, and she definitely deserves a pat on the back for the way she treated us. I regret not askin for her name. The location itself was beautiful and made exploring Inverness extremely convenient. Being able to walk to so many places without constantly needing the car was a major advantage and allowed us to enjoy the city at a much more relaxed pace. Overall, I was extremely pleased with our stay. For the few short days we were there, I felt the hotel offered excellent value for money, a beautiful location and a very enjoyable experience. I would have no hesitation in staying here again and would highly recommend it to anyone considering a visit or vacation to Inverness."
