"The location was great it was right next to Bowmenswarf. The decor needs updating. The beds were terrible. The rugs need a cleaning. Great staff. Our room was nice and clean. If they got new mattresses it would make a big difference. We would stay there again"

"The hotel was visually beautiful except the elevator carpets needed to be vacuumed or cleaned. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean. I loved the shower. The only complaint was the coffee wasn't to good. I would reconsider the type of coffee you use. Other than that we will use this hotel when we stay in tge area. Thank you ."

"The breakfast was better than expected as they offered some warm eggs and sausage along with the continental breakfast items ( I.e., bagels, cereals, etc.) Closeness to downtown Mystic and local attractions. Room was spacious and clean. Pillows were a little too soft!"
