"The central location is the great selling point but everything else was great too. We had a single night stay where we were comfortable and welcomed. The room was surprisingly quiet considering the location. The room had all the required facilities and we had an excellent breakfast. Fully recommended."

"Room was a bit dusty the mirror, the lamps and the phone. The sink also had hairs in it when we arrived. Apart from that it was good, spacious room comfy bed fresh towels. Staff was great too very helpful and attentive."

"So this was a game of two halves. The Hotel itself is nice and the reception staff are lovely but thats where it ends. The food is terrible. Overpriced and very poor. My wife had the scampi which tasted like potato croquettes. I had fish and chips and I am not joking when I say the fish was rhe size of a fish finger and the chips were cold and greasy. The bar staff just spent all their time giggling in the corner of the bar and could not have been less attentive if they tried. Everything at the Breakfast was undercooked. Avoid. Terrible. "

"First time at this hotel. Staff were great on arrival. Got to our room which was just ehat we needed but the heat! It was so warm. Did not have a good night sleep with the heat and the pillows were hard. On checkout the lady was lovely. We asked questions about the hotel and she explained what we asked for if we stayed again. Great location. "

"Avoid 10th floor or anything with a quayside view if you enjoy sleeping as the noise from the roof bar is extremely loud. There is no warning when you book. We had to move rooms as a result. Staff were nice and pleasant "

"Poor attitude from staff to a group of disabled (visually impaired) guests with no reasonable adjustments to check in process. Dogmatic jobsworth staff at reception (though to be fair notably a manager stepped in effectively later and “took ownership” to resolve some issues and find the lost bag). Bag taken by porter to a room unconnected to the group and not found for several hours after a trawl of hotel CCTV. Deposit insisted on in case we used mini bar in the room but fridge broken and empty. Double occupancy couple put in single room and vice versa. Bedroom window propped open by a mug on the window sill (on the fourth floor in a room occupied by blind person) was an accident waiting to kill someone on the pavement outside. Very noisy rooms with obviously no soundproofing. Definitely not a hotel to ever use by any group organiser. "
