"We stayed at this hotel last year and it was excellent but it has gone downhill in the last year. This time there was hair and a used HAIRY soap bar in the shower. The water pressure was non existent and the breakfast bar was nothing but 1 waffle maker and cereal. There was a 3 inch gap between the front door and the frame that I could fit half my hand in making me feel unsafe. The elevator inspection was also 3 months months past its expiration date and to top it off the fire alarm went off at 5 am for no apparent reason so we were outside in the wind and rain. "

"Check in was easy and the person checking us in was very friendly. Our room was updated and very clean although you could tell the building itself was older. Hate to say it, but the free breakfast was terrible."

"My room was clean, customer service was very polite and friendly. It was great having McDonald's right across the lot for a quick meal. There are also plenty of other restaurants near the hotel. And they serve a nice little continental breakfast. But they could offer more fruits. "

"Everything was great. I think breakfast should at least go to 930. There were some big groups this weekend. My husband went to eat at 830 but because of the crowd could get to the food at until 855. They closed it while he was trying to get food. Other than that no problems."
