Hotel Rural Termas Aqua Libera is a hidden gem in a charming, small town. The hotel is quiet, calming, very clean, and with a kind and helpful staff. It is a short drive away (about 10 to 15 minutes) to Merida. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice country side hotel for those that would like to be close to nature.

Great staff, comfortable bed and delicious continental breakfast! Be aware that the choices is you want to go to dinner are limited without a car. Would still recommend!

Great hotel, superb kitchen and facilities. The design and all decoration of the facilities is done to a high standard while respecting the old oil mill. The swimming pool and gardens are well looked after. Our room was amazing, huge and comfortable bed and great service. Only inconvenience it does not allow to flush toilet paper and there is just an ordinary bin to dispose of toilet tissue. Nuestra estancia ha sido perfecta!!! El hotel rural muy limpio y con las instalaciones muy completas por ejemplo: cocina, comedor, aire acondicionado etc. muy buen trato por parte del dueño y check in muy fácil. Las camas cómodos. Bienvenidos los perreros!!!

Loved the comfort and Michelin starred meal after 2 weeks of hiking across Spain. It was our splurge.

This hotel is definitely a 5 Star hotel!! While not in walking distance of the old part of the city, it is a short drive away and there is plenty of cheap parking. Only complaint about the hotel s was the thermostats. They seemed to have a mind of their own... We had two rooms and neither one functioned as expected. Easily solved by opening the beautiful giant windows

I loved it. Staff, except on reception, could have been more pleasant. Our lowest priced accommodation was very good. The dining room at 2040 was empty, but did fill slightly. Dinner was very good, but served at breakneck speed which I did not enjoy. Pool area only accessible with a key from reception, only 3ft deep and no bar. You could avoid the €13.00 parking fee if you trust your GPS, but would miss the experience of driving the car into a lift. Should note that the town closes on...

Fantastic location in the old city, and a historic former residence of a wealthy politician… fantastic little gem. Highly recommended.
