"Modern, good location, good rooms "

"We stay for the convenience not being far from the airport is a bonus. The hotel is old and dated but if your only there for 1 night its sufficient. Staff are alway nice and friendly."

"The photos shown online do not match the reality of the property. The large reception and dining area are no longer used. Units are tired, especially bathrooms. No shower caddy or soap dish to put anything on. Was given a hairdryer when asked. Did some laundry which was very reasonably priced but room was very shabby. Staff at reception were excellent and always helpful. Footscray is an interesting ethnic area. Very close to central Melb and 20 min walk to train station. Quite different eating...

"The rooms are comfortable and clean, including all the basics. The staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. Shoutout to the lovely cleaning lady for her kindness and service. There is a cafe, restaurant and bottle shop by reception which is very convienient. Plus plenty of parking available. Thouroughly enjoyed our stay, will happily stay again. "
