"We had a total different experience coming back then we did leaving so this review only reflects the visit on the 18th of September. The lady at reception was incredibly rude and made it difficult arriving with 2 young kids. I wouldn’t consider her suitable for customer service work and couldn’t believe she made me cancel my direct booking and rebook through expedia. Our room was fine but it left a really bad feeling for me as always have felt the opposite at the best western airport hotel."

"Cabin was clean and well maintained Entertainment could be improved in the Deluxe cabin Though we had to write down the rego of the car, when someone was parked in our designated car park, disabled one, which was rather annoying. Other than this, the stay was pleasant!"
