"Stayed for a night before boarding the California Zephyr. The hotel was very conveniently a >5 minute walk to the EMY station. I was able to drop my luggage off before checking in, which let me explore San Francisco. The staff were friendly and quick, and I was in my room within minutes. The room is clean and exactly what you would expect. Breakfast the next morning started at 7 (weekdays and 6:30) and had a selection of cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, breakfast sausage, pancakes, and a choice of water, apple juice, and orange juice. "

"Good location, nice pool area, liked the outdoor fire pit tables, close to grocery store and some shops if needed, quick drive to downtown and to hiking and attractions "

"This is my favorite hotel. The staff, location, rooms with views, and hotel vibes = superb. Even the room service dinners. I had a massage at the spa for my birthday! Excellent! I had my dog stay with me. She enjoyed the treats at the front desk! I have stayed here at least 5 times! I always feel so welcome. Many gems here like their onsite restaurant Limewood with a view! They serve a great house coffee! It was hard for me to leave but I will return! "
