"-10 out of 10!!!! The hotel was crap, no bar, no hot water, no staff at night, no fan.....the wall is broken, not worth the money at all. Should give me the refund!"

"Never got the chance to stay here because it was double booked. A very frustrating experience arriving in the evening to no accommodation. I had confirmation of the booking and the money was taken out of my account straight why I will now have to apply to get a refund. An email was sent by the owner the day before but internet access in Samoa is not the best for perhaps a phone call will be much better in the future. "

"The best place we have stayed in, in Samoa. Beautiful home and grounds. Plenty of room for a big group. House was clean and had everything that you need, like you were in your own home. Tim was helpful and went out of his way to make our trip memorable. Thank you for having us, will definitely look to stay here again."

"This place is very very special. The staff are so lovely and helpful. The food is delicious and innovative, it was so much fun to be surprised by the different meals each day. Lydia is a very gracious host. The location is utterly magical. We loved every minute of our time here and would have stayed forever if we could! "
