"This was a great apartment. The location can't be beat! It was very comfortable and cozy. My only complaint is that they need to have a binder in the apartment with instructions on how to operate everything: electricity, turn on the hot water, turn on the heat, and operate the washer/dryer and dishwasher. Finding the unit was a little bit of a challenge, but the picture of the entry door to the building helped immensely. We had a great stay in this unit."

"The facilitator of the flat was very cordial and organized. The place was clean and he left milk in the fridge, and chocolate biscuits on the counter. Thoughtful touches. The flat was also in a good location for where we would be visiting in Glasgow. Highly recommended"
