This newly renovated private room is located on a scenic avocado ranch perched on the hills, offering an ocean view from the patio on clear days.
Enjoy breathtaking valley vistas and sparkling city lights at night.
The space includes a cozy bedroom with a private door leading directly into the avocado grove, a private bathroom, and a living area with a TV and a couch that converts into a comfortable queen-size bed.
The property is surrounded by groves, wineries, and golf courses, all within a short drive. Located just 15–20 minutes from the beach and downtown Oceanside, 10–15 minutes to Fallbrook, and 30–45 minutes to Temecula wine country.
Guests are welcome to explore designated outdoor areas of the farm and learn about our avocado-growing practices by appointment.

Stunning sights and cozy stay

My husband and I stayed at this stylish and comfortable space for a couple of nights while visiting our niece. We were warmly invited by Shawn and introduced to the property. Throughout our stay he was kind and thoughtful as he showed us all of the amenities available. He invited us to walk through the avocado grove and enjoy any fruit that was ready to pick. We harvested a few peaches of which we enjoyed during the rest of our trip. We chose to spend our evenings by the pool where we had a perfect few of the sunset. We built a fire one night and marveled at the sky as the sun dropped and stars emerged. This is a great space to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Southern California.
