Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview Hotel & Suites

"We booked on Expedia and when we arrived to check in, we were given a room in the South tower. It was not at all up to standard for a Hilton Hotel. There was no hot water, (mind you I had two children with me), the carpet had a smell, the lightning was poor; it was depressing. I complained and got moved to the North tower - it was night vs day ! Updated room, fantastic amenities, plenty of both natural light and lighting. Plenty of hot water, and we had both views ! I however wasn’t happy that the lady that checked us in chose to place us in the Southside despite what we paid (which turned out to be higher than the actual hotel rate) and the fact that I had two young children with me. There is also no free onsite parking .. so we had to walk to and from surrounding paid but cheaper car parks everyday. There’s also no breakfast. This was difficult with kids and we had to rely on Tim Hortons doughnuts etc bought the day prior to ensure they could have breakfast when they got up. Now I know if I ever go back there, to specifically request for the North Side. I will also compare other hotels to see who’s got free parking and breakfast with equally great views of the falls."

10/10 Excellent

"Eating at the hotel is a bit overpriced. We paid $192 (before tip) for two chicken parmesans with linguini, a bottle of San Pellegrino, and two espressos. To be honest, the quality didn't live up to our expectations for that price. Be prepared for a very long walking if you do park at the self parking at the Sheraton to reception heck in."

"Overall, it was a good place to stay, and I had a pleasant experience. However, I booked the hotel through a promotional deal on Expedia, but the hotel initially charged me the regular price instead of the discounted rate. I had to contact Expedia and coordinate with both Expedia and the hotel staff to resolve the issue. Fortunately, it was eventually resolved, but the process was stressful and was the only negative part of my stay."

"Excellent hotel. I appreciate it for giving water bottles on daily basis. I appreciate house keeping staff for their hardwork to keep the rooms clean n neat! Front desk staff are friendly n resolving the issues quickly. Thanks for saving my few dollars on water park. I love the court yard area for a small birthday party. Nice view from the hotel. I like to stay in this hotel in future as I am a regular visitor to Niagara."

8/10 Good

"Great location, WeGo Bus stop is right downstairs. Indoor and outdoor pool is great plus. Clean rooms and professional staff. Only down side is tight parking spaces and the fact that the parking is full most of the time, so late check ins are a gamble on parking. The management is great and easy to talk to. Any issue can be properly discussed and resolved in courteous and professional manner. We will definitely consider coming here again for the next time we are in Niagara."
