"The room was spotless and comfortable and stocked with essentials. The only draw back was that the room was not part of the main building, but at the end of the street from the property during winter, which was not specified upon booking. The heating system was loud and came on every 2 mins which was a bit disruptive during sleep hours. Staff was lovely and accommodating, spa was perfect and Notl restaurant staff Rebecca and Beth were top notch. We enjoyed our stay."

There have great amenities and the staff is always friendly and helpful. It is 15 minutes or less to the wineries/Shaw Festival and 15 minutes to the Falls. "
