"Alles sehr nett und vor allem sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es wird gut Englisch gesprochen. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns auch, dass es ein richtiges Frühstücksbuffet gibt mit Rührei, Wurst und Käse, Kuchen, Müsli etc. und nicht nur, wie sonst in Italien üblich, ein trockenes Hörnchen mit einem Klecks Marmelade. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!"
"Wonderful stay for our family of 4 at this delightful property at La Sovana, where the food is delicious, the staff and owners are welcoming, the views are breathtaking and the grounds are immaculate. We enjoyed playing tennis and walking around the grounds, the kids enjoyed the playground and of course the swimming pool was bliss for all. "Ottimo posto, pulito, organizzato, merita più amore da parte degli avventori in quanto troveranno anche dei titolari simpatici e disponibili, colazione semplice ed efficace, venite per più di una sera e sostenete il posto, è a 10 minuti dalla maggior parte delle mete turistiche della zona di cui Montepulciano, c'è una ottima gelateria in zona e delle terme per iniziare a sentirsi meglio fisicamente e mentalmente. Costa poco e vale molto. Merita."

The owners are very sweet and accommodating and there is no better view of Pienza than the rooftop terrace of this hotel which allows you to easily see the entire town. The reviews mentioning the parking, walk, and stairs are accurate. If you are disabled many accommodations in the heart of Pienza will be difficult due to traffic restrictions and the historic preservation of its buildings....
