"There was constant yelling and carrying on till 3am only got a couple hours of sleep on top of shower water was Luke warm at best. Went to go check out had to wait 10-15 min for someone to come to the desk and when he did looked like a woke him up. Very aggravated with this place. Should get a refund"

"Arrived and given a room number. Exterior door was propped open. Went to room and its door was also already opened, pushed door and room wasn't cleaned. Went back to desk and got another room, man at desk then followed us to the room. Something just felt off, so went back to desk and asked for a refund, he refused."

"This is a nice property with a better-than-expected breakfast buffet. The staff was professional and helpful. The room was small-ish, but clean and nice. There isn't a lot of storage, but they have a fridge, blow dryer, and an iron for use. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were inadequate. The bathroom had a faucet that wasn't caulked down. It was still usable, but I had to hold it in place in order to use it. All in all, it was a good experience despite the oddities. "

"Our door would not lock we had to call front desk twice . They were helpful. Our Tv went black for a hr had a voice but no picture . Also hair dryer did not work . Breakfast was good and staff was friendly and helpful The foor needs to be fixed "

"Charming hotel, very cozy, well decorated, with spacious rooms and build with a lot of attention to details. Located in a nice town as well, with lots of restaurants around. Highly recommended!"

"Don't let the pictures fool you--this place is a dump. The laminate in the hallways is buckled and the whole atrium (pool area) was closed due to standing water. The first room we got stunk badly. The second room had filthy sheets and we had to take them off and bring them to the front desk to have them changed. The room itself was ok enough except for some staining on the walls. This was probably a nice hotel in its day but its day is past. The breakfast was a row of tables with a few things set out in the corner of the bar that looks like it has been closed for a while. This could have been a temporary setup due to the closed and musty atrium. We asked for an extra blanket and they said they didn't have any. The positives were that the staff was friendly enough and we didn't see any bedbugs! "
