"Everything was in excellent condition at this hotel. Parking garage access is simple, and the location is within walking distance of the convention center and arena. The staff were very friendly, greeting and checking on guests at breakfast and cleaning tables quickly. Little touches like the free soda fountain add to the experience."

"The shower was in poor condition—the tub didn’t drain properly, and the handheld shower head kept twisting sideways, making it difficult to use without holding it in place while taking a shower. When I tried to lift it, the entire fixture came loose. Additionally, the sofa near the entrance desk was visibly dirty and unclean."

"We were surprised that we were there three nights and never had maid service - we had to request clean towels which were delivered, but the dirty towels were not removed. The pool was lovely, but the breakfast was poor quality."

The parking was another issue in its self . Just be sure to pay attention and read stuff and know it’s not like other typical hotels . "
