4/10 Poor

"First off the desk attendant didn't speak very good English. The room wasn't as clean as it should be. Although we travel with a service dog, she doesn't bark. There was a dog down the hall that barked for over an hour. Nothing was done about it, we cant be the only people that heard it. The breakfast was not good at all. My wife wanted a waffle but there was a person there making a stack. Literally had 5 on the plate and still cooking. The kitchen attendant also didn't speak English. I asked for a refill on my thermos and she pointed to the pump dispensers. We went to check out, nobody at the desk. There were no instructions on how to get out of the gated parking lot. Maybe some arrows or instructions when you check in? It'll be our last stay with this company."
