Eden Hotel Wolff

"The hotel is beautifully located directly across the street from the main train station in Munich (München Hauptbahnhof). Ask for a quiet room as there is major construction going on at the train station. The breakfasts are great. We also ate at the hotel restaurant one night. It’s pricey, but okay. We also ate one night at the Wirtshaus Rechthaler which is less than a block up from the Eden Wolf. It’s typically Bavarian and very good. Those are the pros of the Eden Wolff. On the negative side, the room was very strangely furnished, with very rough hewn wooden furniture, not very comfortable. This was very strange in an old smart European hotel. I liked the hotel, but not the room!"

"Nice and comfortable hotel. Many choices of food to eat just beside the hotel. Only downside was the heavy construction that is going on along the main road leading to the hotel. Causing the whole area to be very dusty when dry and muddy when it’s raining."

"Overall, we had a great stay and the hotel was very clean. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The only thing we didn’t like about this hotel was the location. We would have liked being closer to more restaurants, shopping and sights."
