Staff is wonderful and very accommodating, especially when calling Taxi's for guests. Breakfast is awesome and so full of many traditional options!

The staff is super friendly, the rooms are great and it was something great to me that the tv of your room had your name in the welcome message. The only thing that they need to improve is the breakfast, it'd be great if the buffet had more variety

We chose Angelo Hotel Westpark for the amenities, price and easy connectons to public transportation. We were not disappointed in any aspect. The hotel is about 300 meters from the subway Station on the same street. Almost all the trains take you straight downtown to the Marionplatz. The rooms are clean and modern. The breakfast buffet is plentiful. There is an outside seating area off of the bar which we used in the evenings. Parking costs extra and the garage entrance is right next to the...

Very charming, clean with beautiful rooms!

Great hotel. Great breakfast. Would stay there again.

We could not have been happier with our stay. The hotel and room were spotless, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was much more than I was expecting. Our room was simple but clean, comfortable, and quiet. The location is ideal as its across the street from the train station but walkable to the Marienplatz, the Old City, and numerous neighborhoods. Multiple restaurants and food choices are outside the front door or within the surrounding blocks. Incredibly happy with our...

We had no complaints with this hotel (other than the fact that it does not have air conditioning, which might be a factor in warmer weather). That being said, we also didn't think there was anything particularly outstanding about the hotel that would separate it from other hotels. But the staff was very helpful and accommodating and...

breakfast is very good with a lot of varieties, waiters are friendly. reception people are very nice as well. we had dinner for 2 people and food was not good and far away from known Italian quality and taste. Sophie at the Italian restaurant is very nice and considerate.

We came for Oktoberfest and loved that the hotel was walking distance from the event grounds. Plenty of restaurants nearby that we walked to and the actual hotel facility was very nice!

Loved this hotel. Decorated beautifully. Staff great. Breakfast delicious

Having just arrived from a terrible hotel experience in Paris as part of an extended vacation, checking in to Hotel Metropol was a breath of fresh air. All of the staff was friendly, hospitable, and very helpful but the gentlemen who works the front desk in the afternoon was exceptional!! He provided me with local recommendations of where to go and a map of how to get there, clear and useful instructions for how the hotel works, and his energy and spirit were just so welcoming. I breathed a...
