"The farm that the hut was located in was great. Lots of animals around and it was really fun feeding the alpacas! Host was friendly and accommodating. Overall a great getaway from the city. The directions could have been clearer, there’s no mention that I could see of the farms name however this was quickly resolved by a 1 minute phone call to the host. "

"The property is set in the middle of a peaceful public park which was great for walking the dog. There is a secluded , enclosed rear garden. It was clean and comfortable inside, but we have had to knock off one star as there were too many relatively minor issues. "Our stay at Abbey Farm was just amazing! I was over with a group of Italian students to learn more about English life and culture, and their experience in this beautiful, historical house was perfect. The house is spacious with quirky attic rooms, and a spectacular garden. It's beautifully furnished with fireplaces, vases of flowers, pictures, books etc, so it really feels like a home.
