"The property definitely showed that the rooms and common areas are in need of renovations. Many of the exterior doors and walls on the “concierge “ level had a lot of scuffs, shoe scrubs, and paint damage. The interior of the room was mostly clean, but dark. The bathroom was a good size with a huge shower and footed off water closet which was nice. The AC would not get below 70.
