"I was given the choice to upgrade my room to better view room. We decided to do the upgrade instead of viewing the parking lot. Our view was not better. It basically was blocked by canopies and it did not include a balcony so we basically paid 90 bucks for nothing. No breakfast options really and there was a convention there so trying to get around the property to do swimming activities and stuff like that. Security wasn’t very nice. Couldn’t really navigate through the hotel very well."

"The breakfast was great they only served waffles on the weekends. Also the staff was pleasant the room was clean and the ac kept the room cooldddd. Overall it was a great experience an I’ll definitely be back. "

"Just a quick one night stay but no complaints."

"Unfortunately, our recent stay was very disappointing. When we arrived, we discovered cockroaches in our room. Instead of immediately moving us, we were asked if we wanted someone to come spray the room the next morning. We were eventually moved to a different room in another building, but this should have been handled much better from the start. Another major issue was the hotel shuttle service. The website advertised shuttles to Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and Disney parks, which was the main reason we booked this hotel. However, when we arrived, the shuttle desk informed us they only provide transportation to Universal. This was extremely misleading and caused additional transportation expenses during our trip. We also had problems at the breakfast buffet. The first day we were incorrectly charged for a child breakfast, and the second day we were charged for adult breakfasts instead. When we tried to address the issue, the staff was rude and unhelpful. Overall, between the cleanliness concerns, misleading amenities, and poor customer service, this stay did not meet expectations. "

"My only issues I had with staying there was. Near the first pool upfront close to jacuzzi smelled like cat urine. Also in the shower in room the curtains needs to be longer. Otherwise house keeping always going to have a mess to clean up."
