I asked Expedia's customer service to help me, and they said no reply from hotel as well. finally, I received their email on the date that I am going to checking in. Wifi speed is not stable and sometime I couldn't receive it in the room. Kitchen is for boiling water and making the tea. Don't expect to cook scramble eggs for breakfast.
