"We were very disappointed. We thought we were getting a lakeview room but the listing is misleading and we had a room with no view, couldn’t even see the mountains as it was like a basement standard room. Wifi was working, the stopper in the bathroom sink didn’t work and we had to walk a long distance on a rock walk path to get to our room. Then we got an upgrade for the next night for a lakeview room which was quite expensive. The view was great and the suite large but otherwise was very disappointing The bathroom had hair on the floor and no stopper for the tub and the underside of the toilet seat had urine stains! The fireplace didn’t work properly. Don’t stay there, not worth it!!!!"

"GREAT LOCATION, easy walk to Queenstown CBD taking in the scenic view along the way. LARGE SUITE ROOM with a bath as a bonus for the tired muscle from hiking. Our view didn't have a lake view, but the mountains and paraflying definitely made up for it. The huge bed was comfortable. And the clean room was supplied with cutlery and crockery for self-contained meals, if needed. There is a laundry for guest use a fully equipped gym. As well as a spa. The staff were very friendly and helpful. 10/10 stay. Will definitely be back"

"The room was spacious as was the bathroom. Both were clean. The beds were comfortable. The shared kitchen was clean and had enough supplies. The fridge was clean and safe leaving labeled food. Parking was bad. Limited parking to first in. Tight parking spaces. Property located on a hill. Walking to town took 10-15 minutes on way."

"룸 청소를 잘해주셨어요 스태프가 매우친절했고 위치가 너무 좋아요:) 다만 주차가 없어서 위에 언덕에 무료주차하는곳을 찾아가거나 8-6pm까지 돈을내고 써야돼요 루프탑 2층 식사공간이 인상깊었습니다 세탁실도 있으나 돈내야해요!(7불정도) 나머지 음료는 사먹으면되고 뜨거운물이나 기본 카페음료는 무료로 제공됩니다~~ "

"Great location, just 10 minute walk to town. Hotel is clean, comfortable, convenient. Staff is nice, although hardly saw the same person twice in 4 days. A lot of large tour groups staying there so the lobby and breakfast can be a bit crowded and noisy. Would have appreciated a coffee machine in the room. "

"The room -327 was so tiny, too hot, too noisy and the air cooler did not work. We opened the window and door and the cigar smoke from someone downstairs just was awful, we had to close it and been so hot. The breakfast buffet was lovely and the cappuccino. The bar downstairs overlooking the lake is cool and nice! Have a bottle of the Roaring Meg wine from NewZealand…. Go to Walters Station on the Earnslaw!"
