"Beautiful riad, helpful staff, great breakfast"

"The day before I left, I mentioned to an employee that I needed a taxi for my daughter and me to go to the airport the next day. He informed me that I'm asking too late and that I should have asked 2 days before leaving. An awkward exchange took place in which he tried to teach me that 'it doesn't work that way'.I would accept that at a 1 or 2 star property but not at a 5 star. Simply too many places to stay to accept that type of rude service."

"Our stay was fantastic. The Riad is ideally located and the rooftop terrace is lovely. The staff are delightful — friendly, extremely helpful and they go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. Would stay again!"

"Great stay here - we had a lovely room and had dinner to as well as massages and Hammam - all great. Nice to be able to buy wine and beer with dinner also. Breakfast was good also and included eggs."
