"We booked this room (and paid more than we would’ve elsewhere) because we wanted to swim in the indoor pool. It was closed for maintenance, and staff explained that they don’t know ahead of time when that will happen. They were very friendly and apologetic. The room was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. We were thankful for a restful stay in town in between medical treatments. "

She made sure we knew about all hotel particulars and made sure our arrival and check in was smooth. Room was clean and exactly as shown on hotel website. Although breakfast smelled very tempting, there were minimal options and we chose to eat elsewhere. Hotel was quiet and lots of dining options nearby."
