"The staff there are such amazing people! However, this property is in need of some major renovations, with issues such as clogged shower drainage, the shower head falling off the holder on its own, clogged sinks, and many others. I can overlook all the various issues in the suite regarding condition and cleanliness but the bathroom plumbing issues made it difficult to stay there. The location is amazing. Would have liked to come back and change my review if they renovate."

"The current condition of the accommodation is not fit for occupancy and requires urgent remediation. Issues observed • Bathroom: broken wash basin that is stuck back, rendering it dangerous and unusable. • Pest infestation: ant presence throughout the apartment. • Utilities: unreliable hot water supply (hot water cycles on and off). • Hygiene: washing machine is extremely dirty. • Bedding: bedsheets are stained and have holes. • Supplies: no hand soap or washing detergent; only two toilet rolls...

"Do NOT rent this property. After confirming everything in advance, we arrived in Istanbul only to be told the apartment wasn’t ready. The host delayed sharing the unit number and code until we landed, then pushed us into a cheaper temporary unit with four flights of stairs—terrible for my 84-year-old father. They promised reimbursement for two nights but never paid. Communication was slow, we lost a full day moving, and Vrbo/Expedia support was useless. Avoid this place."
