"We stayed here on our first visit to Santiago and found it to be a comfortable and welcoming choice. The location is excellent, with plenty of boutiques, cafés, and restaurants all around within easy walking distance. The room was clean and well-kept, though the wooden floors did squeak a bit. Most of the staff spoke English, which was very helpful as first-time visitors. Parking in the area is difficult, but we didn’t have a car and honestly didn’t need one since everything was close by....
