"Went there to see Neon light museum, was very close to hotel. "

"Communication started out before our stay and it went really well. They had quick responses but never addressed ths question I had until the end. Upon arriving at the hotel they were confused and not fully informed about my conversation with someone. They ended up changing me to a room I did not pay for or request. I reserved a 2 bed room with smoking and pets allowed. They put me in a 1 bed handicapped room with no dogs allowed. I had 3 people in my party and 1 had to sleep on the floor. Upset & Angry to say the least. They didnt offer a rollaway bed either. "

"They didn’t have a two bed room like I booked. They said there was no refund and nothing they could do about it. Than the following day moved us to a smoking floor that had clouds of smoke coming out of the hallways. Worst experience in a long time. All the workers kept saying is there is nothing they could do! Miserable "

"The location is great for the Fremont Street Experience...it is a little louder down there at night but it is a great fun place to stay"

"We did not use the laundry stuff, the only thing i feel is the deposit asked for, for use of the jacuzzi to be heated should be included on the daily use of the home. Included in thr total price depending on how long the stay is.Otherwise everything else was great."
