As soon as I walked in the lobby it smelled like cigarettes. The room was not in order. Tiny pillows for a king size bed (size similar as couch decorative pillows). Stained lamp shades.

Hello 1960's. Holes in the wall. Electronic locks not working with key card consistently causing me to walk the long way around several times. Hot tub featured as an amenity on many photos of the property on their website and on the 3rd party site but it was drained and dry, unusable. None of the vending machines were working.

Nice Staff. Hotel has Potential. If Renovated., has charm and potential in my humble opinion.. pool is a draw if opened? Laundry room below is a huge bonus. Get tv going in laundry room. Add coffee to select rooms or upon request.coffee is a big deal . The “ Bean” . I really feel the potential is here if investors wish to do this? Just my two-cents. Thanks.

For those looking, this hotel is pretty much what you pay for. It was extremely affordable for me and only about 20 minutes from the Vegas Strip. Only issue I had was the numerous signs saying no smoking, but the second you walk in, you can smell the smell of smoke but masked by febreeze
