"The check in was excellent. But going to the room on the 4th floor, there was many stains on the carpet floor that gave me the impression that the room would be dirty. But the room was exceptionally clean. A nice little kitchen. Although the concrete ceiling gave it an unfinished feel. The queen bed against the wall was inconvenient to get in and out of. There was a bar and restaurant that looked good Altho we didn't eat there. We hiked zermatt and mt Rigi which were easy to get to by train and boat. (Zermatt is far!). We loved this hotel and would stay here again! "
