"Our stay was delightful. The property, although undergoing renovation is lovely. We had a beautiful room on the beach. The breakfast was tasty and staff so accommodating. The outdoor pool was lovely and refreshing. They have done an excellent job with sound proofing the rooms when door are closed. Only downside was the lack of kitchen amenities. No plates or silverware and limited ability to eat in room. But, for location, ambiences, gardens and overall cleanliness, I give it five stars."

"Property was very nice and in great condition overall. The only thing to be aware of is parking is very tight, especially if you are driving a large SUV or pick-up truck."

"Hotel is in a nice area, right next to beach. Nice breakfast and staff. But this property is dated and our room (213) was very dark. Try to get a room facing the water."

"Jose was great to work with and very accommodating—I’d gladly work with him again. Unfortunately, the property itself was a different story. The listing stated the house could accommodate six people, which wasn’t accurate. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other has two twin beds, and while there is a pull-out couch in the living room, no sheets or pillows were provided for it. Realistically, this is a four-person property, not six. Cleanliness was also an issue. The house did not feel properly cleaned, and certain areas—like the fireplace—had a noticeable buildup of dirt that looked like it hadn’t been addressed in quite some time."

"Fabulous location with great views. Restaurants, coffee, and drinks are steps away, although I recommend an evening cooking in using the excellent gas grill on the balcony! Would definitely stay here again."

"Is this house beautiful? Yes. Does it have a prime location? Yes. Is it really a 2-minute walk from the beach? Yes. Honestly, nothing about this house was disappointing. It was beautiful, clean, well maintained, and fully stocked. My favorite thing about this house was the attention to detail. Every bedside had a multi plug, a sound machine, and little step stools to make sure little feet could easily climb up. We loved falling asleep to the sound of frogs at night and seeing the ocean sparkle in the morning. This house is a great rental - it was also clearly loved and well thought out for how people function in a space. Honestly, no complains, no "I wish they would have," just great vibes and awesome functionality. We would definitely stay here again. "

"This place is amazing! The patio is perfect. The open plan of the kitchen to the living room, made it so easy to continue visiting with family while prepping food and hanging out. All the bedrooms have king beds. I love the secure access road and walking down it to the beach made it super easy. Such a quick walk to the sand! Love all the restaurants and shops and how close they are. There’s really no need to hop in your car the whole time we were there. I can’t wait to come back and stay again."
