Communication on the run up to the stay was very poor, check in and property location instructions (including full address) arrived an hour before check in time. "For my purposes of visiting an unwell relative, it was perfect. However, if you don’t know the area it appears a bit run down. The appartments themselves have good security with cctv. I booked through travel site and found communication was not easy. I have a feeling the owners are new to letting their appartments so hopefully teething issues. "SCAM!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!! Paid for my sons birthday weekend away (4y.o) drove 2.5 hours to get here and the host didnt send us entry code to the apartment so couldnt get in. Expedia confirmed all booking, tried to contact the host but blocking my calle. Texts delivered and left voicemails asking to call us but had no reply. "We didn’t even get to stay in the hotel waited 30minutes outside for them to tell us the people before damaged the property so we could not stay so they left a 18year old and 17 year old with no where to stay 3hours away from home so not the best visit if I say so myself and will not be going back "

"The holiday apartments are set in a wonderful location. Stunning views of the beach to the front with horses and farm land at the rear. It was beautiful to watch the sunrise on the sea. Easy access to a wonderful clean beach and walking distance along the seashore into Bridlington for fish and chips. There’s plenty to do for all ages and a very welcoming place for dogs. I have already recommended this place to friends and family. We will definitely be returning."
