"Loved the location, the pool and the view! Lake facing superior room was the most beautiful view of the water over the pool. Front desk staff was not friendly and never greeted when you left or returned which for a 4 star hotel felt disappointing The rest of the experience was wonderful"

"The hotel was lovely and the staff very friendly and helpful. The room was a very good size and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with lots of options and open until 10.30 which is good if you need a lie in. The pool on the roof was cold so we didnt stay long and the bar menu was limited but we enjoyed lounging up on the roof terrace"
