"Easy to find, clean and comfortable, lift. There is a coffee shop close by but doesn’t open until 11.30 am. Good large carpark and easy access. "

"Stayed 3 nights and lovely, warm, comfortable. Good kitchen facilities but a microwave would be handy. No bath soap or shampoo provided which is unusual as had to buy shampoo. Wonderful views. Can be noisy from footsteps in other units as line of 5 but most people quiet by 1030ish."

"Our room was clean and comfortable. We had shared bathrooms, but we did not find this to be a problem. There was no waiting, and the bathrooms were clean. The breakfast was pretty good. There is a nature path outside that we enjoyed taking. The staff were friendly and helpful. Please note that the walls are thin; fortunately, everything quieted down pretty early and stayed quiet throughout the night. If you are looking for a budget friendly place to stay in this part of Iceland and don't mind sharing a bathroom, this would be a great option."

"This is such a warm and cozy family feel hotel. It has a fantastic coffee/tea/cocoa bar that is always available, the area is peaceful and beautiful. I had a walk out room -so I could just step out and see the amazing northern lights."
