"The name was prominately displayed on the building so we had no problem locating the property. Reception is located on the second floor of a renovated building.This was not a bad thing, just different. There is a small elevator that made moving between floors easier.Staff were very accommodating with directions and assistance with transportation. Check in and out was fast and worry free. The breakfast was basically anything you wanted. We had bacon and eggs, fresh fruit, pastry and cappuccino...

"Adorable bed and breakfast, Milena is the best! She made us feel right at home and kept our bags safe for us after we checked out. Very clean and comfy place, great for the price. Super quiet and peaceful at night yet a very short walk from the heart of Florence, we loved the location. About a 13 minute walk to the Accademia and only a few minutes from wonderful restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Everything about this place was good except for the internet. To get a stable connection, you had to sit in the kitchen or go outside your room, which was a bit inconvenient. One thing to note: hotels in Italy typically do not provide hair conditioner. They usually only offer two small bottles of shampoo and two very small bars of soap, so be sure to bring your own hair products. "
