Body of water and leisure center 500m away. Superb traditional renovated 1917 farmhouse 1.5km from the slopes. Quiet residential area bordering a charming typical village. South hillside. Good comfort. Warm mountain character. Exposed terrace. Private garden + vast common landscaped grounds of 5000 m² with a sheltered summer kitchen and games (swing, boules, table tennis). Very nice unobstructed view of the massif and the village.
