"Pros: Valerie is a kind host, and the property is in one of the most beautiful areas I have ever stayed. Cons: There is one shared bathroom on the first floor. There is no bathroom in the room, or the one next door which I saw when I found out that the dividing door was not locked. The pillows did not have liners in the pillow cases and were stained so we did not use them. The sheets had other people's hair on them, so we didn't use the cover sheets or blankets. "Excellent. Super comfy beds & pillows, spacious. Amazing location - walk out 2nd floor to main street, lots of parking in rear by front door (signage lacking a little). Very clean, staff perfect, nice breakfast on weekends, decent continental weekdays. across from Foothills Performing Arts. Wonderful little areas for computer work. Indoor pool (but spa was inop). Rooms a little dated, but any negatives reviews are truly unwarranted. This will be my go to hotel in Oneonta when balancing price point. (note restaurant no longer operating). "
