Loved the private balcony, loved having a lift (elevator), loved having a town map although I still got a bit bamboozled every time I went out. It would have been nice to have the option of breakfast especially on Monday morning as food shops all shut Sunday PM and I had to venture far to find a kiosk selling yoghurt and fruit/nut bars. And beer. "

"Hotel was in a perfect location to everything in Heraklion! Clean and nice sized rooms with a balcony overlooking the quaint city. Staff was friendly and very helpful. They even made sure we had a breakfast waiting for us at our 5am checkout. I highly recommend this great hotel!"
