Beautiful wraparound porches & easy walk to the beach

Luxury 5 bedroom 4.5 bath vacation home with direct ocean access. This home offers an inverted floor plan with all new furnishings. The first floor offers a king master suite, 2 queen bedrooms, and 1 full/twin bedroom. The first floor also has a laundry room with washer/dryer and second refrigerator. The second floor has a huge living area with open kitchen/dining area. The second floor also has a king master suite, Florida room off the kitchen, and an upstairs widows loft. Both floors offer wrap-around porches with beautiful ocean views. This home is located 3 blocks from downtown Folly Beach, Folly Beach Pier and a short 15-20 minute drive to downtown Charleston. This vacation home is large enough to accommodate large families with ample parking.

Brilliant property!!!! Don’t waste your money on oceanfront. This house is huge and right across the street from beach access. You will not beat the location, amenities m, and price.

A New Folly Adventure

As our family number has increased, we were looking for a larger venue for our annual vacation at Folly Beach. We were pleased with the location, easy access to the beach, comfortable beds and spacious gathering areas. Our granddaughter referred to the house as "our mansion" at the beach.

Amazing Stay!!

This lovely house was amazing for our group of teachers! The top level was very spacious! The host was incredible with some minor issues and expedited solutions!! Check in and check out was incredibly easy. The elevator was a super plus for our group! The walk to the beach is super easy with access across the street! We LOVED this house so much that we have booked it for next year!! You can’t go wrong with this VRBO! Beach Sisters

Steps away from the ocean.

This is a very nice home with plenty of room for a large family. There are alot of stairs but the elevator makes it convenient. The photos are accurate. Location is perfect and there’s ample parking. The manager is very responsive

Amazing stay

This beautiful and spacious home was even better than expected! The elevator allowed older family members the ability to access everywhere with ease and made packing and unpacking so much easier. Everything in the home was top notch and made for an unforgettable trip. Location was fantastic as well.

A great place for family

There was room for three generations. All we needed was supplied. The elevator was a great asset for a grandfather with mobility issues and all were grateful when it came time to move luggage. Would highly recommend. Kate was very responsive to every text.

Greatest Ever!

This was our most outstanding stay at Folly. The house was directly across from the public beach access and a short walk to Center Street. The house had everything, room to spread out. The kitchen was fully stocked, there wasn't a thing we needed. Sitting on the upper deck and listening to the ocean crash is the most relaxing thing in the world! Our host was very accommodating and thought of everything. Our visit could not have been better!

Great family time

Perfect home for several couples to enjoy great common space and spacious, private bedrooms. The lift was a bonus and fantastic for those of us with old joints and for those of us bringing up the suitcases and provisions. Steps from the beach and such a cute welcoming town. Can’t wait to come back!

Great house for a family or group

The elevator worked well for a family member with limited mobility. One of the bedrooms has a walk in shower with a seat, also helpful for limited mobility. Kitchen is well stocked, much better than your average rental house.

wonderful accommodations

The house was everything we hoped for and needed. Beautifully furnished, quite comfortable. Would suggest more outside lights as house was hard to find at night due to beautiful large live oak tree in front.

Amazing Location but could use some updates.

Folly Beach is a gem! This house easily fit our large party with enough room to spare. We loved the huge dining room table to allow for us all to eat as a family. Beach access was literally right across the street, making it so easy to tow my 3 young children and all of our beach stuff! Restaurants, bars and the pier were all within walking distance. Kate, the owner, was super responsive to communication. The whole property is in need of a deep cleaning. The rugs in the living room and dining room were very dirty and the living room furniture was literally falling apart or already broken. One bedroom had a full mattress on a twin frame rendering it a single person bed, and we took the liberty of setting aside some of the pillows that needed to be removed due to being dirty. It's def time for a solid cleaning and an update. Cleanliness issues aside the house is great, and in a great location.
