Welcome to Reel Paradise! Oceanfront classic Folly Beach house designed for the entire family! Large, covered deck opens up with panoramic views of the ocean so you can walk right out to your direct, private beach access. Expanded living room with ocean views flows into the dining room that seats your entire group, including your furry companions.

Open ocean views greet you from everywhere in the living room and dining area, as well as the kitchen. Prepare meals for everyone in the fully stocked kitchen. Gather all together at the extended dining table that seats up to 10. Relax in classic beachy style in either sitting area of the living room to watch your favorite shows after a long day at the beach. Living room feeds directly onto the oceanfront deck where you can relax with a cool beverage in the ocean breeze or take a stroll down the private beach access to quickly have your toes in the sand.

All beds come with high quality, freshly laundered linens and coverlets. Bath towel sets are provided per person for the maximum occupancy of the home. Wake up to the waves in the master bedroom on the first floor which houses 1 king bed, TV, a full, ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the oceanfront porch. Bedroom 2 has 1 queen bed and access to the jack and jill, full bathroom that is shared with bedroom 3. Bedroom 3 sleeps 3 guests with 1 double and 1 twin bed. Bedroom 4 is right off of the kitchen with 1 queen and 1 twin bed. This bedroom has shared bathroom access with 2 bonus rooms, one with a king bed. The other bonus room includes a queen bed and an ensuite, full bathroom.

Only 9.5 blocks to Center Street, the downtown area of Folly Beach. Try one of our local restaurants offering everything from oceanfront dining, local seafood, sandwich shops, pizza, burgers, high end dining, and more! Pick up some local artisan gifts and locally made food from the shops and seasonal markets. Wander through the surf shops and then grab an ice cream during your stroll through town. On the Pier, you can get a panoramic view of the island, see what the people fishing off the pier are catching, or get your fishing license and try your luck! Choose your outdoor adventure surfing at the Washout for surfing, dolphin watching, shelling, paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing tours from various companies based on Folly Beach. Visit the far east end of the island for a tranquil beach walk and shelling with picturesque views of the Morris Island Lighthouse - a favorite among locals and visiting guests!

Just a short, 25-minute drive will take you into historical, downtown Charleston to enjoy all of the charm that the Holy City has to offer. Experience world-class dining, art galleries, explore swanky boutiques, souvenir shopping along The Market, harbor views from The Battery and Waterfront Park, theater, comedy clubs, museums, grand churches, history, carriage and ghost tours, plus so much more! Parking for up to 5 vehicles is free in the driveway area. Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am.

No events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home, regardless of sleeping or visiting. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. **HOUSE SUPPLIES**
This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.
