When I asked at checkout, since I was only staying one night, I was told that when the staff wasn't on the floor, I could request them at the lobby bar, but no one informed me of this. I was very disappointed with this service after choosing the best option for my short stay. Aside from this, the facilities are impeccable, and the hotel meets everything you'd expect. I recommend it, but make sure you know what's included in your reservation and request it."

"This was a last minute booking due to a cancelled flight. Room was affordable and great value for the price. Close to the airport (3 minutes) and free Airport Shuttle was available 24/7. Breakfast started at 5am which was good, because we had an early flight the next day. "
