"Property is a typical seaside family run B&B. Our room was clean and had a recently re-fitted modern on-suite with soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers. actual room was roomy with TV, tea and coffee facilities, wardrobe and plenty of drawer storage. Free wi-fi fast enough for e-mails etc. Very clean and no smells! Hosts were friendly and accommodating. General area felt safe but central Boscombe with few exceptions is a bit run down like many seaside towns and attracts the growing population...

" Visiting family and friends and this B&B was halfway between them so ideal for us. Excellent host who made us feel very welcome. Spacious room and extremely comfortable bed. "I stayed here for work in the area. Accomodation is clean and staff were friendly. Has a good selection of food and drink. I had the best fish and chips here ive had in quite a while but the menu is large enough t cover pub grub or a good steak or curry. I liked it here and would stat again no issue. "

"This is not your normal Inn type stay. These cottages are located in the back of an end and you have to get there via a walkway on the side of the frontage Property. But the courtyard is a delight. The rooms are spacious and quiet, very clean, and I would highly recommend them. "A compact room with wonderful views overlooking the harbor. Staff was polite and respectful. It was very quiet. I wouldn’t say that the location was convenient but it was pretty. We stayed here before a cruise and don’t regret it. The bed was comfortable and the included gin was a big hit with my partner. "

Fantastic solo stay

"Great location with old world charm offering value for money. Large clean functional room. Solo traveller and felt safe and secure. Convenient for public transport and right on the ocean front for beautiful walks and sunset. Really nice afternoon tea on a tiered stand for £16.50. "

"Staff are friendly and very helpful, going out of their way to make you welcome. We arrived too early for check in and breakfast had been cleared away, However, we were welcomed into the dining room and a full breakfast was put together for us (Simmi is amazing!) The room was spacious and very clean. Location very convenient, as we were attending the boat show, which was on the doorstep of the hotel. Parking is onsite and the hotel is also convenient to the surrounding shopping area. It is located on the seafront and we had views of the cruise ships coming and going from our window. Would definitely stay again."

"The hotel staff exhibited exceptional friendliness and professionalism. The young female receptionist provided excellent service and, following a pleasant conversation, kindly assisted me with my luggage to my room. Additionally, the young waitress in the dining room was highly personable and wore a welcoming smile. I found no shortcomings with this hotel and will certainly patronize it again in the future."
