…missing a connection sucks a$$ and when you’re disgruntled and have no where to go - finding out this hotel was in this airport turned my frown upside down and I went asleep. They were able to accommodate a late check out which subsided the lack of flights out of here and having to sit for a day made it not dreadful. Basically if you get stuck in Guadalajara I would stay here.

Staff super helpful and accommodating rooms are comfortable property is blocks away from great restaurants as well as convenience stores, while offering 24 hr room service.

They exceeded my expectations, the hotel itself is beautiful and it makes you feel super relaxed. The staff is super kind, the room was big and nicely decorated. I got a massage in my room with Lulú and it was amazing.

I loved the architecture and elegant colonial decor. The chocolate and wine made me feel appreciated as a guest. The atmosphere was magical, and the staff were attentive. They even helped us by lending a cell phone charger we had forgotten. The only thing I would suggest is providing guests with a list of recommendations for places to visit, restaurants to try, museums, etc., while in Guadalajara. Great service, fresh, delicious breakfast!!

I GOT a suitw with kitchen. I Wondered why there where no dishes, pots, or utensils.? What is the purpose of a kitchen? Although I didnt really cooked It wouldve been nice to warm up food or boil some water. The water smelled horrible. Left for 3 days to Tequila because of the water smelling like sewer.

It has been my third time there and I have no complaints or bad reviews. Excellent service and ideal location for me.

Since we walked into the lobby we were greated by the bell boy, and the person at the front desk in a very nice and warm way, checked in with no issues and was informed of the restaurant service, as well room service. The room was clean and fresh very well kept, you can tell the cleaning crew takes a lot of pride in what they do. Every employee that we encounter thru out the whole stay was nice, kind and very helpful. The pool area was clean and the water in tho pool sparkly, it closes at 9 pm...

Me hubiese gustado que hubiera más opciones de comida en la zona, ni Uber llega a esta zona lo cual resultó difícil encontrar comida. A parte de eso, el hotel y la estancia estuvo bien.
