"The hotel was very clean, I stayed for about 3 nights and the front desk was very helpful. Early check in was an additional charge though which through me off bc it was an additional $40. Check in was at 3pm and I did early check in at 12pm instead. The room did smell a little like cigar but I popped the window open and the smell was eventually gone! The hotel cannot control people’s bad habits so I cannot complain about the smell. The sheets were definitely clean. I used UV light for it and no stains on the sheets or pillow cases. No bed bugs or anything biting. The room was clean overall and I truly enjoyed my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel. "

"The most impressive part here was that I slept through my alarm (user malfunction!) for an early shuttle, and if the front desk hadn't called my room I would have missed my flight. This attention to customer service is greatly appreciated and not always seen. We will be back! "
